These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ClarioAutoGlass.com and the auto glass repair, replacement, and related services provided by Clario Auto Glass (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.


1. Services

  1. We provide auto glass repair and replacement for cars, heavy vehicles, yachts, and ships.

  2. Services may include mobile service (we come to your location) or in-shop work, depending on what you request and what we agree upon.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle or job if safety or logistics issues make the job infeasible or unsafe.


2. Booking and Payments

  1. You must provide accurate contact information, vehicle details, and location information when requesting a quote or booking.

  2. We will confirm the appointment time. Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances may occur; we will make efforts to keep you informed.

  3. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  4. We accept payments through specified methods (cash, bank transfer, etc.). 


3. Quotes, Pricing & Approval

  1. Quotes provided are based on the information you provide. If additional damage is discovered during repair, we will inform you and provide an updated quote before proceeding.

  2. All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.

  3. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs (if applicable) are included or excluded as stated in the quote.


4. Warranty & Liability

  1. We provide a warranty on workmanship and installation defects, covering issues like leaks or poor fitting under normal usage conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused after service, misuse, accidents, or external impact.

  2. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective workmanship or components. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or property damage, beyond the cost of the service provided.

  3. We aim for high safety and quality standards but do not guarantee that all existing flaws (especially microscopic chips or internal stresses) will be fully removed.


5. Cancelation & Refunds

  1. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least [24 hours] before the scheduled service time (or the period you agree upon).

  2. If cancellation is made within the specified time, there will be no charge or a partial refund if payment was made in advance.

  3. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours or after technician arrival) may incur a fee to cover travel or lost opportunity.

  4. Custom work or parts specially ordered may not be refundable once work has begun or parts have been sourced.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  1. You agree to grant our technicians safe access to the vehicle and location. If access is obstructed (e.g., locked, blocked, unsafe), we may be unable to perform the service.

  2. You must disclose all relevant information about the damage. Hidden defects or previous repairs may affect the result and warranty.

  3. You agree to follow post-service instructions (e.g., waiting time before driving, avoiding harsh conditions) to allow adhesives to cure and maintain safety standards.


7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Clario Auto Glass.

  2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.


8. Privacy

Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (linked on our site). You consent to our collecting, processing, and storing your data as described there.


9. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts (unless otherwise agreed).

  2. You agree to first attempt mediation or negotiation informally before pursuing legal action.


10. Changes to These Terms

  1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date”.

  2. Your continued use of the website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
